  1. I’m getting the ‘can’t edit’ message again.
  2. Also can you confirm your Leap Frog is green (not blue).
  3. I think it unlikely the motherboard is broken. Either @iank99 or @KWR88 can give you more detail on next steps.
  4. Hi Renato. First check/replace the internal battery.
  5. A little off topic but Stage Electrics finally got in a stock of 500W T18/T25 Tungsram lamps at a sensible price of about £9 each, rather than the crazy £20-up I’ve been seeing recently. I stocked up for our local venue that runs Quartets/Minuettes. https://www.stage-electrics.co.uk/View/23113/tungsram-93106505-t18-t25-lamp-240v-500w-gy9-5-base
  6. Hi Joggel Welcome! Try: SHIFT + pan encoder
  7. Welcome! Can you upload the DMX map to this thread so we can look for a weird implementation? Also could you export from the desk the fixture you created and upload here too, then the Zero88 folk can have a look at it for you.
  8. What is the exact model of desk you have? Frog, Fat Frog, Leap Frog, Bull Frog, Mambo Frog? It's written on the front. This is the manual for all except the Mambo Frog which has its own manual as it's a busking desk rather than a stack desk like the others. https://www.vari-lite.com/b-dam/vari-lite/discontinued-products/frog-range/english/frog-range-manual.pdf Latest software is FrogOS 10.12 and you will need these release notes for the changes since the manual only covers up to FrogOS 9.0. These Release Notes are very useful (and readable). A lot of useful features were added in the 10.x versions, so worth upgrading the console if you're behind. https://www.vari-lite.com/b-dam/vari-lite/discontinued-products/frog-range/english/frog-range-software-release-notes-10-12.pdf
  9. (I know the Showtec NET-2 is not a Zero88 device but others might be interested in using with FLX.) Edward as you said, I can reconfigure the ArtNet universe for each DMX output on the NET-2 from the FLX and I can see the change made on the FLX reflected in the menu on the NET-2. Renaming the device on the FLX didn’t change the name on the NET-2 and renaming on the NET-2 wasn’t reflected on the FLX Devices page. This is no big issue other that it would be easier to rename using the FLX keyboard rather than the clunky character selection on the NET-2.
  10. FAT32? 8GB stick or less? USB2.0 (not USB3.0)? Not a Kingston Traveller? In the root directory? The right file? i.e. not the Phantom ZerOS exe?
  11. I'm sure Stage Electrics could source them too if Zero88 have availability. SLX aren't listing the FLX at the moment, just the S24 and S48, but I'm sure they would be able to supply the FLX (my account manager there was a bit miffed when I bought mine from CTS! 😄 )
  12. Doubt it (Zero88 don’t have any other product in that class) just component supply issues I guess. But Jon can confirm 😉 https://shop.centraltheatresupplies.co.uk/zero88-2048-flx-4285-p.asp This desk will be shipped straight from Zero88 normally within 2 - 3 days from order , but please phone to check availability Mine was ordered from CTS, although admittedly in 2015 😆 but it was shipped directly from Zero88 to me.
  13. If you’re recording a colour palette, what is your reason for wanting to record ICBSPE? ie does it make sense? Do your fixtures actually have beam/shape/position/effect to record? If you really want this (even though I’m not sure it makes sense with the example you cite), then in the Record window you may have to tap each attribute until it has a green stripe.
  14. Sure. See "Add as additional" on this manual page: https://www.zero88.com/manuals/zeros/patching/fixture-schedule/edit-dmx-address
  15. In Setup you can disable RDM on the DMX port you’re using if you don’t want to or need to use RDM.
  16. Don’t have a screenshot sorry but it’s the pop up when you ‘Save’, same words as here:
  17. Colours trigger at the threshold, defaults to 5%. Try Setup+Playback -> Fader Controls... Colour and see if that helps. This training video might help too:
  18. Probably in your case you changed the position, had intensity at 0 and had SmartTag on when you recorded. Thus the position won't have been recorded. If you really must do this (and I don't think you do), then you will have to turn off SmartTag when you record (or update) this cue. @Jon Hole I'm still getting the annoying "Can't edit, it's been too long" message - both on Chrome iOS and Chrome Win10.
  19. You don’t need the two cues. Just have your cue that brings up the intensity at the position you want. The point of move on dark is you don’t need to programme your own ‘marking cues’, the desk does it for you. Watch Edward’s video.:
  20. I think I can smell the burning from here 😁 (although admittedly I'm not that far away from you!).
  21. @Davidmk Wow, my head hurts now! Hats off to you. Makes what I do seem like child’s play!
  22. My fault! Sorry chaps! 😞
  23. I'm sure @Jon Hole will see this but pinging just in case not, so he can check (or get @Edward Z88 to!).
  24. Also, do any of the fixtures have a "DMX received LED" on them?
